Pay is too low for the actual skills they need. Hiring people with real knowledge and education should be remunerated as such. If not you have some very unprofessional uneducated interpreters

flexible hours, great coworkers, excellent location.

Cons

They were bought out by LanguageLine and laid off almost everyone. It's not the family company that it once was. They keep the last 20 people on staff because the PI had an excellent reputation.
