Pros

Over the phone interpretation, mostly medical, according to your own schedule. They have a lot of clients in any language and they are offering more salary than any other legit employer for working from home in this economy. I looked for a job for over eight months and found this as the best option if you want to work according to your own schedule. Even if you work somewhere, you can use up your part time working with them and they would not mind even if you stay on call an hour or log off during the hours that you have committed to. You can take a long vacation without prior notice as well. You don't have to do anything else but talk English and your other language properly and have a good quality phone line. And you don't obviously get paid a lot if you follow your own schedule but you do get more money than you expect because they have more number of clients than you would imagine.

Cons

Obviously there wouldn't be any benefits, but you don't need them if you work part time and from home do you? Some of the days are full of calls and some days, esp weekends would be cold but you were never going to depend on it as your primary source of income, were you? And I don't have much idea about the increase in rate after experience or any promotions or something. No cons really.
