      Many training experiences provided Summer spa day

      Cons

      Poor benefits package compared to rival employers Lack of direction from management, with major structural changes every 3 months or so, with decisions often reversing previous decisions Seen many juniors silenced by their managers Reporting work issues to HR and management are not taken seriously
