They micro manage. You have quality reviews monthly and you get dinged for doing stuff that you have previously been told you can do. The rules change all the time without notification. There are way to many chiefs and not enough Indians.

The company has decided to change the culture by hiring many MANY people from a previous company. People involved in scandal, unethical actions and known to be tyrants. These people now are upper management and negatively impacting moral. More than 50 people were let go or quit in the last year. It got so bad that HR stopped sending emails out every time someone left because it became almost a weekly event. There is NO leniency in terms of productivity and attendance. AT ALL. Family problems? Cancer? Childcare issues? Sick kid? Nope. No excuses. No understanding and no appreciation for loyalty.
