Pros

People do try and some have been there for a while.

Cons

No apparent strategic vision from physician-owners here. Company objectives scattered in different directions chasing after money. Inadequate training on EMR system leads to a lot of frustration and dissatisfaction amongst clinicians and staff. Low wages and few benefits contribute to high turnover.

Lower level staff is very caring and supportive.

Cons

CEO is on a power trip and a control freak.Used to be a used car salesman and is now an attorney who still acts like a used car salesman. Beware of his temper and harassment. He harasses everyone.

Staff very respectful and professional and easy to work with. Providers excellent in patient care.

Cons

I had no complaints working in this clinic, everyone was a delight.
