The new CEO is consistently abusive and disingenuous, firing employees without notice, and constructively terminating decade plus long employees. He’s created a hostile work environment by installing surveillance systems in the vehicles. Invading the privacy of techs via cameras in vehicle cabs, constantly recording audio and video of the drivers. He has failed to provide necessary equipment to allow for hands free navigation and calls, forcing techs to break laws while being recorded. He has also implemented unwarranted demotions and extreme pay cuts for whole departments. He is systematically driving away loyal employees and replacing them with cheaper labor.
