Work Hour Flexibility - take as many or as little hours as you want Supportive Administration - if I need help or extra time to complete a task they grant it with a smile Pay - for online teaching, they pay competitively and offer many incentives One-on-one teaching model - only teach on student at a time

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. They are one of the most supportive, caring, and knowledgeable companies to work for. If there is ANYTHING I need help with, or want to run ideas by, there is always someone to listen. I have yet to find a company that treats you like family and sets you up for success with your students. They personally match you with families and I can honestly say the families have been amazing as well. I cannot rave enough about how truly authentic and wonderful working for the Pac Prep/Tutor Corps family has been.

I haven't encountered any cons yet, nor do I anticipate it.
