      revolving-door management, CEO only cares about bottom line, no concern for employees, constant layoffs, hostile place for women, takes advantage of customers, poor quality workmanship, poor safety record

      Pros

      Diversity of work is good. Can learn a lot about different skills. Future could be a lot better when things take a change.

      Cons

      COO is not trusted by others in the community; makes it hard to do work. Gov't work at PH is all messed up with BAE & Gov't processes. Benefits are not very good.
