Pros

-experience -co workers are great for the most part. -can become a lead quickly. -free popcorn during breaks. -flexible with school.

Cons

-management needs to improve so much. Since anyone can become a lead and a manager quickly they lack on leadership skills and managing their employees and the theater. -minimum wage for everyone. No matter if you're a lead, you'll still get minimum. -raise is only $0.25 and nothing more. -not enough hours.

Pros

The workers are what make the time pass and make it an enjoyable time. Great customer service skills learned as well as quick management process learning and problem solving. Good perks such as movie memorabilia, the "fun" guests, free movies and 1/2 off concession.

Cons

Management doesn't really help out the workers with problems, i.e. troubling guests who do not get the point and begin to argue with workers and managers don't step in to fix. Actual work related issues such as supplies needed not available, more help/assistance not given.
