A company which does not care about its employees

Pros

If you work for a hotel you can get amazing hotel discounts.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. Management has no regard for employees. Treats them like they are dispensable, does not take the time to listen to their concerns, "benefits" are barely anything at all. Holiday bonus was $10 gift card... would have rather had no bonus at all. A company with no values.

They stay on top of fixing infrastructure issues with out fuss. They are interested in the success of each business.

Cons

Personnel are expendable. They don't care if you leave, they are sure someone cheaper will come along. Not interested in any kind of benefits (except expensive healthcare and state mandated days off) to encourage employee retention. Terrible work place culture, only pays lip service to HR issues. Keeps terrible employees in place, and lets great ones go.

Access to upper management, since the owners will talk to all employees. There is no real hierarchy here.

Cons

- low wage level. I have been working here for little over two years, nobody I know is paid higher than market average. - terrible benefits. They want to do absolute minimum to get away without violating any law. - no respect for employees. everyone is expendable. - thoroughly unorganized company. - reimbursements take 2 months to get paid. - bonuses. what's that? - you have to literally beg for even 1% annual wage increase
