Pros

Nice community of people and children in the neighborhood. Regional manager seems to be on top of things.

Cons

Bad relationship with vendors and late payments to them make doing my job harder than it needs to be. Company also lacks amenities such as a golf kart. Property manager is tough to deal with.

The only "pro" is that you get an employee discount if you move in to one of their properties.

Cons

No employee appreciation to the owners you are just a number. There employee retention is not great at all because they also under pay all their employees. Also there is so much FAVORITISM in this company if you are not friends with upper management than GOODLUCK.

Pros

I manage a mobile home park; my crew consists of me and one person for Maintenace. This allows me to get tasks done efficiently because it's just me in the office. They are understanding when it comes to family matters, and am very comfortable and happy working for this company

Haven't come across any cons yet. I've been employed since October of 2021, not much time working with them to find any major cons
