Pros

The pay was pretty good, if you're in management. The lower level operators and analysts make about average pay. Bonuses are decent, and they tend to spend a lot on employee parties.

Cons

There are barely any people in upper management that know what they're doing. Most of the managers are riding the coat tails of others, and they are too ignorant and lazy to care about doing their jobs. All of the work falls on the shoulders of the supervisors, who also have to deal with the whims of upper management when they decide to make a decision that isn't even based on any sort of rational thought process. They come up with ridiculous, last minute demands that can't be accomplished, and refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes, of which there are too many to count. It's a mass exodus there at this point, especially with a competing drug starting to do well at another company. My advice- don't ever work there unless you enjoy high blood pressure, getting blamed for things that aren't your fault, and working with equipment that should be melted into scrap.

Pros

Employees (operators, not managers). I worked with some of the best people here in my 2 1/2 years. Employees are willing to show others how to do things, and to help others when needed. Great culture between employees working in the suites, and r&d.

Cons

Management and HR. It's absolutely horrible and honestly an embarrassment to the entire company. There is a culture of catering to management and upper management in particular. They don't care about their employees, but rather furthering their own careers through kissing up, and throwing the employees under the bus. When there are problems in the suite, they immediately look to reprimand employees, instead of coaching them. They don't ask questions as to what happened, but rather jump to their own conclusions without all the facts. HR backs their play, instead of listening to both sides. This facilitates favoritism to management, and negates all trust in HR handling things diplomatically, because employees will not be heard because of the culture of management being infallible. Unless this gets fixed, employees will continue to not have trust in management or HR.

Pros

Outstanding product, good potential but no value proposition for institutions if they don’t buy in to Opioid epidemic and cause.

Cons

It’s what you don’t read about.... CMO, VPMA, COO all recently departed or demoted, no real pipeline development to discuss, recent article debunks myth about Opioid misuse/abuse starts in operating room, not hitting revenue numbers for multitude of reasons. Poor management, high turnover and now another restructuring.
