      Pros

      I started working in sales at PPI in January. Since joining the company, I have received excellent training and support. The company culture is amazing and very positive. Everyone at PPI prides themselves on providing a top tier quality product and second to none customer service. Upper management really wants to see you succeed and will give you the tools needed to thrive in your role!

      Cons

      Nothing. This is the best company culture I have ever been a part of. Upper management should keep on doing what they're doing. The entire company as a whole is a well oiled machine!

      Fair wage Will work with you to accomplish you’re task at hand Has been in business for decades Maintenance manager is intelligent and finds Multiple ways of repairing machinery quickly. Ppi has a very strict safety policies. products,building, and workers must be clean. Safety procedures are taken Very seriously.

      None really It’s a business some people are Mistakenly read so to speak. But it’s a good place to work. One of the owners. Joe. Will bend over backwards For his workers .
