      Pros

      NONE. If you care about your own sanity, find a real company...

      The US branch is maybe different but the other subsidiaries and Firstpack are absolutely horrendous to work for. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Employees are under a lot of pressure (not the sane kind of pressure). Everybody is quitting because employees are exhausted, stressed and have to do the work of their ex colleagues that left the company or have been fired without any reason.

I think your review would have been most helpful under the company you worked for. Packnwood is a separate company based in a different country, with a different owner, employees, and culture.

      Friendly Environment, The boss will work with you one on one, on a lot of projects you will never get bored, You will always learn something new. Dogs are allowed. There is a small kitchen for your needs, but no sitting area. Beautiful balcony, 401k available, cake on your birthday. One block away from train stations and lrr

      There is only one elevator that goes up and sometimes goes out of order.
