      Unlimited vacation Ok benefits Remote work

      Everything else. I mean it, every single other thing is horrible. Inept leaders, constant change because no one knows what the company should be or do, and the best leaders quit or get fired. Hopefully the new CEO (former COO) can do a better job than the last guy.

      - Market leadership - Opportunity to work with some really great people

      Cons

      - Minimal career advancement, this place doesn't promote from within the company - Management is fickle and has short-term thinking as there are multiple rounds of hirings and firings and major business decisions made on the fly - Lack of cohesion of vision at the top with lots of divisions among senior leadership that trickle down to teams - No resources and teams get nickel and dimed for basic requests - No culture

      A usable product by Amazon sellers

      Cons

      The management is racist preferring employees from a certain country over employees from other backgrounds. Many senior leaders have left the company recently. My advice is to avoid this company as management has zero empathy and compassion for their employees.
