Pros

This company offers benefits such as discounted movie tickets, counseling, and PTO.

Cons

This company felt toxic from the very beginning. CEO is inspirational, but the middle management was horrible. Within my first week of working there, my manager was speaking very unprofessionally about another employee that I had not yet met. I never felt safe providing my own feedback and felt pressured to agree with what my manager was saying even if I didn’t agree with it. I endured many insults from management and even allowed accusations that were not true. Company culture is very poor. Employees seldom met other employees in different departments. At some point they introduced “hybrid” work to require employees to come in once a week, but there were not enough desks to house everyone. Office was cold and lonely. The new hybrid schedule did not bring anyone together whatsoever. Management clearly has too high of a workload to focus on their reports. 1:1s were spotty at best. And even with the 1:1s, management never really knew where you were developmentally. “Team leads” were heavily relied on, but never got official titles and were paid the same as Tier 1 analysts. This is a good “starter” company to get your foot in the water, but I would not stay here as a life-long career. Half my department has either already left or is trying to leave. This company either does not care for their employees or is just not doing well financially. We were told we were getting incentive bonuses for certifications, but were never paid out. Annual raises are worth pennies. Management may say they are trying to develop you for a leadership position, but will never promote you to one with a legitimate title. They will try to get away with giving you as little as possible to make you stay.
