A good place to start your career, just don't expect much growth.
Pros
Interesting benefits package that includes generous time off, 401K, medical, etc. You'll gain a lot of experience in internet marketing. Most people who do work here are relatively talented and fun to be around. There is always a toxic person or two at any company however.
Cons
Pay is below average for the amount of work to be done so don't expect to contribute to the 401K plan because you'll be living pay check to pay check. That is unless you happen to be living with your parents or have 3 roommates. Many clients' have a big ego and management tends to give into their demands. This in turn makes you look like the bad guy because management doesn't stand behind their own policies. This is a very clique company so If you're not one of the 'chosen ones' don't expect much recognition for your efforts. A small company where growth potential is almost non-existent. Also, see above. You never can be quite sure where you stand at this company or where the company stands in general. One day they'll give people a raise/bonus and a couple months later they'll let them go. I understand they recently let about 1/3 of the employees go and outsourced development work overseas. Many others left shortly before or after this occurred.
