Cons
Estimators under budget jobs, estimators do not communicate with painters. The business side and labor side lack communication. Company is all based on numbers and not painting process. If a estimator bid a exterior of a house for 1 day, and the job clearly takes 2-3 hustling hard with no breaks, the painters with get penalized. False incentive for bonuses. No drive time hours or insurance on road. They will drive up to 80 miles a day.
