      Work from home, besides that there are none

      Leadership is terrible since ownership has changed, no work/life balance, micromanaging from upper management, pay is super low for the amount of work that you will be required to do, hiring people in upper management with no experience in trucking or the department they are in

      Pros

      Shift times were great, it fit in with daycare for my son and even working from homes on certain days were great.

      Cons

      Bad vision for the company, we lost several drivers in which we lost 80 % of revenue. Company knew the problem but would not fix it.
