I am directly reporting to the directorsof the company who are very caring and cooperative in every aspect and support and approciate the new ideas and help to implemnet for the betterness of the company.
Cons
It is the top most position where I am working and there is no career growth though I am also supervising as Manager Compliance but I have not yet received the trainings from a reputable institute which is essential for my career growth
