Location is good.Benefit is good.

Cons

This company frequently lays off staff , often for unreasonable reasons. Even when an employee’s performance is good, they may still be let go. If the boss feels you are “not nice,” you could be dismissed—even if they have not worked with you before. Please think carefully before accepting an offer.

Poor management, weak communication, talks behind your backs, blaming employees for expectations that they never bothered to make clear in the first place. Too many more to list... never had an experience this bad.

The company location is easy accessible and it offers free parking facilities. Additionally, they provide a full benefits package, which, while decent, isn't offer to everyone as eligibility depends solely on the boss's decision.

Cons

This company has a management style characterized by excessive micromanagement, where employees are closely monitored and have limited autonomy in their roles. The training programs appear to lack professionalism and structure, making it challenging for employees to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. This company seems more suitable for individuals approaching retirement, but not an ideal environment for those at the beginning of their careers.
