Hard work low pay.

Pros

Free coffee. Free Friday breakfast and medical benefits are good.

Cons

Management wants to blame employees when they cause such low moral. The harder you work the more work you are given with no additional pay. No appreciation of employees. Management bad mouths employees to vendors and other employees. Nothing is consistent and the communication sucks majorly. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand does.

Good benefits package. Snacks (fruit) supplied throughout the week Breakfast supplied on Fridays

Cons

Lot's of turnover due to low morale, high stress and low pay A lot of drama - it's like you're back in middle school A lot of unhappy employees who feel stuck because people who voice their concerns are often let go Severly underpays it's employees. One engineer was being paid about $15/hr. ENGINEERS that are hourly. how absurd.

The Management made working here a challenge. Creative differences, and it always felt as if they did not listen.
