Pros

Keep to yourself and be ahead of the game, you'll do well.

Cons

There are more friends in a graveyard. At least in there you'll know who to trust, which is only yourself.

Pros

Large portfolio of parks, some fun people to work with

Cons

Talk the talk but far from walk the walk. Micromanagement and inflexibility, misleading job descriptions and expected roles and responsibilities. False statements and promises. Very poor benefits. Total lack of training and support. Lack of resources and Investment on properties. Favoritism and inconsistency. Ridiculous goals and expectations that are often unachievable. They like to think they are an industry leader with Quality and service at their heart, when in fact their properties are rundown and shabby and embarrassing

Pros

The individual locations are often like a family with team members all working together. The hours are fair, despite working weekends and holidays. The pay is minimum wage for front line employees, but can grow with greater responsibilities.

Cons

The corporate office cares very little for their team beyond the location manager. There is no development plan in place to grow and improve their teams... No real training beyond front line team training. The budgeting process does not involve a local market analysis. Financial investment for growth is not balanced by performance or need, but by proximity to the corporate office.
