      Pros

      remote work, some flexibility, that's about it.

      Cons

      disorganized, the management doesn't plan things properly yet likes to keep changing and restructuring, doesn't know the value of few loyal and dedicated professionals who do the real work, just because "leadership" is not qualified enough to figure that, very absent leadership and out of touch with real operations that take place, but don't appreciate the professionals who keep things smooth sailing and clean up their years of mess. High turn-over in some teams.

      Do not work here, I repeat, do not work here, poor management, bad culture, opinions get shut down, Overall I would recommend it to my worst enemy.

      The coworkers are very nice and helpful :)

      Cons

      Terribly long hours, low pay, and complete disorganization throughout the company. They keep calling themselves a “family-oriented” organization, which is false. They don’t care about their employees or their well-being. Managers act nice in the group chat, but in direct messages, they’re often rude and condescending. Tbh, the worst company I worked at, in my entire life - _-
