      We're disappointed to hear this perspective from a former employee. Palisade maintains an open door policy with all our senior leadership, and all employees are strongly encouraged to share their views (either informally or at one of our quarterly town hall meetings). In fact, Palisade was named a "Best Place to Work in NJ" as well as a "Best Place to Work for Women in NJ" in 2025 by NJBiz. We wish this former employee the best of luck in their future endeavours.
