Pros

Supportive environment, room for advancement

Cons

The company is no longer recognizable after layoffs. Not sure where they will go from here. Benefits could have been better and pay is generally low for the region.

Pros

Decent health benefits, flex-time allows for a flexible schedule, really passionate people

Cons

Most of the work is federal government contracts, which have seen massive cuts, leaving the company to have to make workforce reductions. The future of the company is a bit shaky.

Pros

Highly competent, professional, and passionate employees. New leadership has encouraged confidence among staff for better signs ahead. I and far too many of my extremely talented colleagues were laid off as a result of the tumult in the federal government, but the company provided us unusually generous assistance on the way out. Hoping the winds change soon.

Cons

You can't feel too confident at any company in the federal contracting industry these days, which isn't a fault on Palladian's part.
