Poor planning, struggling to grow. Not the place to learn and gain a wide range of experience

Pros
- Nice people especially in the more junior levels - Interesting industry
Cons
- Not able to win much work, struggle in winning and converting pipeline into chargeable, signed and sealed work - Not the best consultancy in the industry hence the struggle - Poor financial planning and strategy, let good people go right after hiring. Very poor, novice moves - The office is poor, clearly not one of the favorites of Next15 - Strategy is all over the place, the offerings don't make much sense and are quite general - Seems like people are feeling the urge to move as a result of the above observations

- Really interesting projects with lots of variety - Dynamic client base - Execution-focus consulting means impactful work - Supportive team and culture - Autonomy that comes with being part of a growing company
Cons
- Hours can sometimes be long but much better balance than industry standard
