I wish I could say their were any. The only good thing is when the owner is gone or out of town.

Cons

Overpriced clothing. No discount for employees. No sales. No loyalty from owner. Disorganized is being a generous statement. Expected overtime, but no overtime pay. Attitude that all employees are replaceable to save $1. If you like doing the job of 10 people - good luck.

The concept, it's Italian made, it's all linen. You get a commission on your sales, and your parking is paid.

Cons

Only two deliveries per year, which results in low commission. The management is unprofessional and disrespectful. You have to clean the store and bathroom, there is not cleaning crew. You get no discount on clothes except if it goes on sale you can have a 15%, but not a lot goes on sale. No raise, and no promotion possible.
