Don't expect to get far with this company
Pros
You get to meet some pretty cool people - actors, athletes, politicians, etc. Considering the history of the company, you have some pretty top notch veterans on your staff. However, when the restaurants are desperate to staff up, they will take the bottom of the barrel.
Cons
Where do I start? You have no work-life balance whatsoever - as a manager, expect to work 70+ hour weeks. You work every single holiday and are lucky if you get one off to spend with family. 10-12 hour shifts are the norm. You are expected to do the work of multiple people with little recognition of a good job, if any at all. Expectations and goals are not set out for you, so you work blind hoping you accomplish what the company wants. No internal reviews, so again, not even sure if you are meeting or exceeding expectations. Upper company executives turn a blind eye to a lot of corruption within each store - if the store makes money, they ignore staff and any real issues going on there. Bottom line is all that matters.
