4yWe wish you had provided feedback to HR on any concerns with our Management Team. Our last employee survey only had 2-4% unfavorable responses from employees with respect to interaction with their manager. We strive for a company culture that honors our core values: service, trust, integrity and respect; and that allows our team members to excel and grow. We take pride that over 15% of our company has 10+ years and +30% has over 5 years at Palmer.
