Pros

The Mission Of Goodwill is there somewhere.

Cons

The mission of Goodwill is why I aggressively sought out working for this non profit. It is hidden right now by money and numbers oriented. Humans are treated sarcastically and by embarrassing One does not move up or Even laterally without ONE person saying ok which rarely happens. They hire from outside more than cultivate learning and growing. Mistakes are treated with corrective actions instead of lessons. Very negative and toxic atmosphere within retail world. Zero work / home life balance.

Pros

The customers are faithful and great to serve.

Cons

Little appreciation from the upper managers. Micro Management creates hurge turn around. They seem to love training, firing, start again. The CEO needs to not be so trusting of his top three below him.

Pros

They will literally hire almost anyone. If you need something to fill a job gap or have a questionable work past it's ok

Cons

Take advantage of special needs people, low pay, dangerous work conditions.
