      Extremely Positive Experience - High Regard for Company

      Pros

      Owner/ Operator Management rather than fee management lends more benefits to employees. Also makes it easier to deal with upset customers.

      Cons

      The hours change with the time change- winter hours are 8-5 and summer hours are 9-6. A standard in-between time would be eaiser to manage.

      Pros

      plenty of work, paid sick, holidays, average health insurance, christmas pay they own all their properties,so less chance of them selling without you being able to transfer to another property

      Cons

      lack of leadership, company has passed on to the hands of the kids, they want all the money and are not willing to share, slow growth and leaders who seem less interested in dealing with any problems, if you follow chain of comand with an issue, be prepared to be pressured out of the company

      The most toxic Management I have ever worked for

      Pros

      The first several years I worked there, I had a quality regional manager. We never had any issues, we communicated well and we were able to make a lot of great improvements together And I thought that I was going to stay at that company through retirement.

      Cons

      If you like people to terrorize and intimidate you while you’re working and violate your privacy putting video cameras in your office and outside of your apartment home then work for Palms. You will be belittled and treated like a criminal by the new Regional management.
