      Office Views, Parties, Events, Meeting Times

      Cons

      Pay, PTO, Management, No Systems, Limited Resources, Stock Bonuses, The company has continued to go down hill since the IPO. HR has not done much to help employees that are overworked and also pretty far behind the insurance industry in mpay.
