Pros
I met some of the most hardworking coworkers there and appreciated how they slowly became family. I'm no longer in the engineering field but now have an appreciation for the technicality and sophistication that goes behind the technology we use everyday.
Cons
As a whole, the company has a great business model. That said, Assembly Services Department could benefit from a much more organized and positive management. It was a great starting point for not having any technical experience, but became evident of the lack of professionalism and yearning for growth by its managers. You have to individually demand upward mobility or seek ways of expanding professional growth, arguably good for an employee who can take advantage of that, bad for the company if it lacks ambitious employees. That said, there was a lot of employment turnover since most took the route of a higher salary with competitors, therefore the company pays to train you and you can leave for a better salary elsewhere since it's not directly promoted here.
