      Run don't walk as fast and as far as your legs will carry you to stay out of the clutches of this tiny local corporate tyrant. You will be treated like a preschooler being bullied by the principal. You will be suffocated with micromanagement. Your ideas will be crushed at inception. Excitement, passion and enthusiasm are not welcome.
