Some cool people who work there - Occasional catering

Cons

- Managers take over accounts from sales team to boost their own commission - Sales team punished when sales are down after accounts were taken - Unlivable compensation with no advancement opportunities or raises - Employees extremely expendable, and creates a high turnover - Little to no training for new employees creating multitudes of problems and work overload for others - Archaic business practices - Company will not adapt - no contract or offer letters

Fairly laid back work environment. Decent paid sick/vacation time. Occasional free food...yes that's how they thank you for your work!

Cons

Poor management of processes and resources. Inadequate training for new employees, lack of accountability and poor communication from the top down contribute to an apathetic, helpless, depressing environment. No annual performance reviews or salary incentives or cost of living increases. You have to beg for every nickel you get. They do not reward hard work!
