I am writing my actual experience in detail so that it can help others. I have huge experience in Software industries. If you ask me in few lines, then I would say simply block whoever calls you from PAN Asia resources group net. Don't reply to them. This is absolutely worst company.
This consultancy is in different location like Singapore, Malaysia, India etc. Biggest mistake was joining them without prior research. They terminate employees even if they had done well in job and had good relationship. Many times they don't provide experience letter, NOC etc.. They unethically force employees to stay in foreign country without salary. They will try to destroy your career and force you to exit country.
Their whole management top to bottom are corrupt and won't help you for sure.
There can be two situation where you need to be really worried.
1. If PAN Asia calls you for any opportunity, simply block them. Remember that they are just third party. The same job from same client will come to you from other consultancy which are much better than them. But if you send them your resume to them, then other consultancies/employer cannot proceed with your resume/cv for the same job. Thus do yourself a favor and simply block them.
2. If you have already joined this company, then I would suggest you to search any job and move out of the company as soon as possible. Rest assured, they will strike you when you are in most vulnerable position.
As other guys mentioned, all good reviews given by their recruitment team only. If you don't trust this review then please talk to any Ex-employees in LinkedIn and ask their reviews directly.
