      There is plenty of work to be done.

      Cons

      They can't keep anybody of real talent on the shop floor and in the office. All that's left are the puppets the CEO can control. Can't get any real work done because all the yes men want to prove to the CEO they're the best. So you'll get yanked around on their pipe dreams.
