Pros

-Busy salon, you’ll have full books -Assistant/apprentice program so you have help if you run behind -vegan color line and products -in house education with exceptional education team -allows double booking which increases paychecks -unlimited leveling system -great benefits as long as you meet the full time requirements (you cannot be off of your hours by even 30 minutes)

Cons

-must sign a non compete -6% back bar fee every paycheck while making commission -no pay for MANDATORY meetings and education -leveling system based on how many guests you can squeeze into your schedule and gross sales, not based on talent, amount of years, or amount of extra education attended or demonstrated -guests are very very entitled -you are very much judged on appearance, and many stylists will get away with no makeup but you’ll be told to wear it because you might not look as good naturally
