The culture at Panagora is best described as groupthink led by a megalomaniac who can never stop promoting herself. Dissent or even differing opinions are not tolerated. The decision makers are right even when they're wrong. Check out the "team" - - it is not very gender-balanced. If you do not kiss up enough you will quickly find yourself on the outside looking in. Weekly meetings are a huge hugfest where everyone tells everyone else how great they are. The company's growth is largely due to set-aside funding for small businesses. Without that protection they would not be technically or financially competitive. Glad to be out of that environment - I don't have to compromise my professionalism anymore.

I backed out of the interview processes with three other organizations, and quit from a consulting role to join this company. I lasted six weeks, because the CEO runs this place like a dysfunctional, narcissistic playground to feed her ego. This is an extremely top-heavy organization, and they only know how to step on people. Like the other reviewers said, it's better to be unemployed than work here, so take this as a warning and stay away - oh, and HR is completely useless.
