      Supportive colleagues but poor management and high turnover

      Remote working, good support from colleagues.

      Cons

      Lions led by lambs, in recent months exec mgmt and leadership have reduced headcount by 35%, resulting in no marketing or sales functions and a significantly reduced customer delivery organisation due to a failure to manage the financials properly over 2 years and secure enduring investment. Remaining staff over worked with little career opportunities resulting in further departures, avoid for the time being.

      Amazing bunch of people where culture truly matters. Superstars in the team and compassionate leadership make the ever-changing and fast-paced marketing work fun. A great place to learn and develop.

      Aspects of the product make it hard to provide the market with a palatable package to get started, slowing down sales momentum.

      Terrific people with a supportive culture

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Panaseer. The team were exceptionally supportive and my line manager was excellent. The culture was down to earth and they struck the right balance of support and authenticity. There was very little politics, just good people working towards similar goals. I'd recommend it for anyone who's enthusiastic about cybersecurity and wants to work with friendly and highly knowledgeable people.

      Cons

      Would be good to see more investment in the design/web side.
