Pros

-They’re very responsive. I applied and they approved my application in two days. Upon receiving paperwork, they had my account set up in a few hours, even with having to email back and forth to get papers signed. - It’s clear they’ve been in the business awhile. They have a great system in place and set of standards to protect you. - If you’re new to this, they have ample handbooks, videos, and live people to refer to for tutorials, safety precautions, and any other questions. - They’re laid back and casual with how they talk in their newsletters, which makes them personable and funny. But they’re also very professional. - Plenty of options to make money. Phone lines, video uploads, personal promo offers, competitions between models, etc. Makes it fun and reaches a broader audience.

Cons

- I’m sure they’re working on it, as they seem to be really up to date with the latest technology, but you can’t stream on mobile through f4f. (They do mention you can use a different platform if there’s one with mobile. - the stipulations for pics and video uploads can be difficult to manage (has to be a landscape pic/video with sizing that isn’t the automatic size from a phone or camera so you have to edit)

Reviewer is not a former employee or model but rather someone that applied and was declined. We receive upwards of 100 applications per day at the company. As such, we have to decline a great number of them. At the end of the day, we're a professional management agency for models. We're not the gate keepers of the cam world. There are a lot of sites that anyone who is 18 or older can sign up on and stream. We aren't one of them. We work with webcam models that earn upwards of $100,000/year (or a lot more in some cases). And in assessing new models we ask ourselves whether an individual could reach that level or not. It's simply not the reality of the audiences of cam sites that "everyone can make it." We are discriminating, not discriminatory. That's our job. We accept models of all ethnicities, gender identities, ages, and body types. Everyone who applies is evaluated (read: judged) on their individual merits. If we think they'll appeal to a lot of viewers, we try to sign them. We work very closely with the performers we do sign, it's a lot of investment on our part in terms of time and resources. We can't deploy that for someone that we don't believe is capable of succeeding. Then again, why would you want us to? Why would you want to hire us as your management company and pay us a commission from your earnings if we don't believe in you? Wouldn't you rather sign up directly with a network, cut us out, win, and then rub our stupid faces in it when you're a superstar? -Jordan
