Pros
The job at first seemed really promising and very welcoming. The Coworkers were very friendly and are always willing to help you. The supervisor was very friendly and welcoming to me to the team. I was supplied with the necessities to work remotely as well
Cons
This company will provide you with a lot of promises and say so much goodness about themselves yet backstab you later on. Imagine joining a position thinking you're doing only one job but it's actually three jobs in one. You will be told that it takes about a year to be fully trained and learn all the information yet if you don't know everything in one month by yourself as there is no training they will let you go. My supervisor was not willing to help me and she refused to answer questions if I forgot something. Just imagine you're doing your very best because there is no training set up and you get written and nasty e-mail saying that you can't ask questions multiple times to your coworkers to try to understand the job because there was no training from anyone's part… and get faulted for something that you didn't even do as a new employee. Then all of a sudden they will let you go without even giving you a warning and just call you randomly to let you go and don't even give an explanation of why. Please take all this information if you consider your time valuable.
