Cons
Low salary as compared to the market standard. Supervisor treat you like his slave Never give clear instructions of a job to be performed and expect it to be done. Manager always sleeping, don't have manners and don't know how to talk, behaves like oversmart but he's actually not. Gives you extra work at the end of the day and expects it to be completed on the same time. Favouritism: Even if you work at the same level as the other employee still you will get no appreciation or motivation. ZERO work like balance. Very slow HR processes. Will say, it will be done today but actually it will be done after 10 days. All you can do is just request.
