We are working hard to maintain an open discussion and a high level of transparency. We have an open-door policy, and we encourage people to express their opinion and insight openly. We have just completed a Peer Feedback process where all employees shared their thoughts and feelings regarding every aspect of the company. We are holding regular All-Hands meetings where each department shares its progress and insights.
