never work for this company or you will leave a bad mark on your resume. this company is one of those you should never consider stepping in. they do not like to hire experienced professionals but since they are family run, they prefer secrets and only want brainless people to work for them. in fact they said it loud in the meeting. "if too many experience, not good. i want just fresh kids."
Cons
-no full contract were ever given to employees -asked to work during weekends, also last minute call to return to office in the middle of the night -constant verbal abuse -amateurish management who were never managers -small family run business, was setup from inheritance of previous generation -bad reputation in neighbourhood -low salary -rude managers -they are fraudster company
