Pros

As for benefits, there are essentially none. No meaningful perks, no flexibility, no employee development, and no real concern for work-life balance. Employees are expected to give their best while receiving the bare minimum in return

Cons

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. The lack of professionalism and basic organizational standards is shocking. The HR team is completely unprepared for their role. There is little to no knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, or employee support. Instead of acting as a neutral and professional department, HR decisions are inconsistent, poorly communicated, and often driven by personal preferences rather than facts or policies. Favoritism is not just present—it is essential if you want to survive or grow in this company. Opportunities, flexibility, and even basic respect depend on who you are close to, not on performance, skills, or experience. Hard work and merit are simply not rewarded. Despite operating in an international context, almost nobody speaks real English.
