Nice and Clean Environment, Alternate Friday events and Snacks, Friendly work culture Beginner Friendly Projects

1. Lack of Time Management, Recourses and Plannings in Projects leads to overtime with no benefits. 2. Initial Salary is too low which will affect your future growth + they sign you a bond up to 2.5 years and don't expect much in Yearly appraisals or Hike, even you are the most valuable or Hardworking employe of the company, it is the same appraisal for you. 3. They don't work in latest Technologies or Framework which affects your future opportunities in the current market. 4. Most of the Pc's are outdated and old, Monitors are too small to work and outdated Panels which affects your eyesight.
