“Joining in Chennai pantheon is Dead End - Please re-route to another company ”
Pros
NONE.. Believe me you find yourself stuck in ADSTUCK...
Cons
- No specific path that defines career growth or describes how you can move through ranks. - People are great in all the teams, but there are no events that brings these people together on a regular basis. - Personnel turnover is high(in terms of both resignations and lay-offs). someday you are working on a project with someone, next day they are gone. - Lack of communication between company and upper-management. Employees feel dissatisfied with the lack of answers(or answers that we know are made up) and communication on some decisions(ex. change in management). - Lack of recognition and employee appreciation program. - No salary slip will be given every month. - No Employer Contribution in PF part. - No Medical Insurance - No Cab Facility - No Shift Allowance - Bad coffee - Always bad experience I faced from the time I joined this company. They do not bother about employees. They bother only about rules. - Every day I used to see employees are resigning job. Also heard from some employees they are going to quiet soon. In my whole experience. I never seen this kind of worst company. ONLY ONE WORD ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS , ..... IF U WANTED TO SPOIL YOUR LIFE, CAREER... YOU CAN JOIN….. - Extremely high termination and turn-over rates. You will see many employees come and go -- frequently, which is not good, and quite scary. The downside of "at-will" employment. Upper executive management "will" abuse their authority to enforce project deadlines, and to meet their selfish needs and gains. Make mistakes and underperform just a bit .... you're gone, period. Long work hours and weeks, because you're all salaried employees ,management will take full advantage of this. - If you're looking for daunting structural pitfalls, poor career trajectory, false promises, and those cliche 'stay the course, things are looking up' motivational speeches when things seem to be falling apart all around you, you've come to the right place. This is a poorly run company that was once the next big thing in predictive analytics but is now struggling to appear "ahead of the pack" in a rapidly growing market just long enough to be eaten by a bigger fish.
