Pros

The mission is clear and there are some extremely dedicated staff. Some of the global staff are wonderful people to have met and worked with.

Cons

This organization has great intentions hindered by not so great structure and people. They will nickel and dime smart scientists that that they need but spend excessive money on other completely unnecessary things. Some of the salaries they pay are completely insulting. Certain individuals have too much control and do not empower others to do their job. They claim they want policies but I doubt that will ever be implemented as most of leadership does their own thing. CEO is completely obnoxious and unlikeable.

The best scientists that a company can ask for. Great mission and lots of great colleagues across the globe.

Cons

Poor management. Dr. Launay is a scientist not a business man. HR is toxic and biased. Disgruntled employees due to the lack of respect.
